Cifra Dashboards are fully customizable. Once you've created one, you can add, remove, and reorganize widgets so your panel shows exactly the information you need, in the way you prefer.
1. Adding Widgets
Widgets are the data blocks (charts, tables, etc.) that make up your Dashboard. To add a new one:
Open the Dashboard you want to edit.
If the Dashboard is empty, you'll see a central button that says "Add metrics". Click on it to get started.
If your Dashboard already has widgets, in the top-right corner you'll see a "Customize" button. Clicking on it will open the "Metrics Library".
In the "Metrics Library" panel on the side, you can:
Browse through metric categories (Sales, Customers, etc.).
Use the search bar to find a specific metric, such as "Average Order Value" or "Total Sales".
Simply drag and drop the desired metric from the library onto your Dashboard.
You can add as many widgets as you need to get a complete view of your business.
2. Removing Widgets
If a widget is no longer useful to you or you want to keep your Dashboard cleaner, you can easily remove it.
Hover over the widget you want to remove.
In the top-right corner of the widget, click the "X" icon or the three-dot menu, and select the "Remove" option.
Confirm the action to make the widget disappear from your Dashboard.
3. Reorganizing Widgets
One of the great advantages of Cifra is that you can visually organize your Dashboard to your liking.
Click and hold the widget you want to move.
Drag the widget to the new desired position. The other widgets will automatically adjust to make room.
Release the click to lock the widget in its new location.
With these simple actions, you can create a Dashboard that not only displays your data but also tells your business story in an intuitive and visual way.
