When you open Cifra, the first screen you'll see is your Dashboard. However, the platform is divided into several sections to help you find the information you need quickly and efficiently.
Here's an explanation of each of the main sections you'll find in the side navigation bar.
1. Dashboards
This is your main workspace. Think of the Dashboard as your business's control panel. Here you can:
See your key metrics at a glance: Customize and organize the data that matters most to you (sales, return rates, etc.) to get an executive summary of your store's health.
Create your own panels: If you need a specific board for a particular goal, you can create a new Dashboard from scratch and add the indicators you want.
2. Reports
The Reports section is where the data magic happens. While Dashboards give you an overview, Reports allow you to dive deep into the information.
Generate detailed reports: You can create specific reports on sales, customer behavior, and much more.
Filter and analyze your data: Use filters to analyze a specific time period, view the performance of a particular marketing channel, or any other data you need.
3. Integrations
Cifra doesn't just connect with Shopify. In this section, you can link your account with other marketing and analytics platforms to unify all your data in one place.
Centralize your information: Connect platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Analytics to get a complete view of your campaign performance.
Upcoming integrations: Here you can also see the next connections Cifra plans to add, such as Pinterest Ads or TikTok Ads.
4. Schedules
The Schedules section allows you to automate how you receive your reports and Dashboards. You don't need to log into the app every day to see your data; Cifra sends it directly to you or your team.
Automate your reports: Schedule your Reports and Dashboards to be sent automatically to your email or a Slack channel.
Set the frequency: Decide whether you want to receive the information daily, weekly, or monthly, depending on your needs.
5. Settings
Finally, the Settings section is where you manage your account and preferences.
Billing: Review your subscription plan, billing status, and payment details.
Reporting: Connect or disconnect your Slack account to receive reports directly in your team channels.
Resources: Find additional help, such as the FAQs section, the Change Log (update history), and the option to chat with the support team.
