Configuring Scheduled Deliveries

Choose the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) for your automated reports and preview the delivery dates on the calendar.

Once you have chosen the Dashboard or Report you want to send, the next step is to configure when and to whom it will be delivered. This flexibility allows you to automate the delivery of key information to your team.

1. Selecting the Frequency

The delivery frequency allows you to define how often your report will reach the recipients.

  • Daily: Choose this option to receive a daily update of your metrics. It's ideal for businesses that need constant performance tracking.

  • Weekly: If you need a less frequent update, the weekly option allows you to receive the report on a specific day of the week (for example, on Monday mornings to start the week with fresh information).

  • Monthly: Opt for this frequency to receive a high-level summary of your business once a month. It's ideal for monthly strategy meetings.

Once you choose the frequency, you can select the exact time of day for the delivery.

2. Previewing the Calendar

To ensure your report will be sent on the correct dates, Cifra offers a Scheduled Delivery Calendar Preview.

  • Visualize Your Dates: At the bottom of the "When to send" section, you'll see a calendar preview that shows the exact dates and times when your report will be sent.

This gives you the confidence that your configuration is correct and that your team will receive the information right when they need it.

After configuring the frequency and time, just click the "Create" button to save your scheduled delivery. From that moment on, Cifra will automatically send the reports, freeing you to focus on growing your business.
